The Youth metformin hcl 850 mg side effects Group aims to nurture, equip, encourage and edify covenant children (in this stage of life) as spiritually mature disciples of Christ (which takes a lifetime) so that they can glorify God in all that they do in their private and public lives, their personal acts and in their relationships, using their gifts and efforts to serve Christ and His church while engaging with the world around them as a city on a hill, a light in the darkness.
The Youth Group meets every Friday at 7:30 p.m. for a time of praise, Bible study and fellowship. We also have our “Sunday School” following the Sunday worship service. The topics of Bible study that we have completed include: Biblical Manhood & Womanhood, Dating, Marriage & then Sex, Covenantal Worship (Worshiping Together in an Individualistic Age), Defending the Faith (Apologetics), and the Westminster Shorter Catechism. We have also studied different books of the Bible, such as the Book of Genesis, Revelation, and Mark.
Our Youth Group has a Fellowship Outing once a month – the students plan and organize the activities they want to partake in each month, such as bowling, Movie Night, or sleepovers. Different District groups also invite our Youth Group for integrated fellowship with the other members and families. We also ventured on our first Youth Group Summer Mission Trip to Phoenix, Arizona in 2011 as a part of our Mercy & Evangelism Ministry. Our staff also provides Discipleship Training, Servant Leadership Training, and One-one-One counseling to our students.
